[NTC2014-SU-R-22] Validation of Travel Time Reliability Prediction from Probe Data

The research uses available data to test the validity and assess the performance of L08 travel time reliability prediction methods. Readily available data will be supplemented by additional data collection as needed to validate travel times derived from constituent route segments.
